Braulio Silva has always been fascinated by languages and international cultures and very critical of almost everything he came across. He has believed that things could always be improved and explored in a more effective way. At the age of 12 he was already teaching English to his schoolmates, using a quite modest method, but one of his own brainchild. At 18 he started to work with foreign trade in international companies, just because of his mastery of languages. One of his great passions is to disseminate his acquired knowledge. Therefore, early on, he started teaching one-to-one private lessons as well as at language schools. At 24 he decided to “take chances” on a trip to Europe where, living in several countries, he developed and improved himself and eventually became a great and successful entrepreneur in Germany.
Communication has always been his most noticeable working tool, which he could always masterly handle in almost all the projects he has been involved. He worked and represented world-renowned enterprises as Mercedes-Benz, Lufthansa Technik, AXA, Marsh, HDL, HDI, Otto, among others. His professionalism, curiosity, creativity, art of improvising and commitment to the execution of all his projects allowed him to conquer the confidence and admiration of CEOs, managers and their collaborators with his own in-company courses, in several business segments. Later he also acquired expertise in Intercultural Management, which is essential in a continent with many different languages and their respective cultures and, in a narrower and more confidential circle, he contributed, by the means of mentoring, to the personal and executive development of his selected clientele.
Back to Brazil, after more than 20 years, he devotes himself to spread his knowledge and expertise in the country, attending enterprises like Generali Seguros, BR Distribuidora (Petrobras), bioMérieux, Ecolab, Nalco, Scor, among others.
